A new Dawn  Will  Begin on July 21 as I embark on a new work out  regimen
That will take me on an  9 month journey   of ball busting training and dieting 

 I will be splitting  my workouts in to 3 stages each stage will consist of 12 weeks of training. a long the way i will go through a wide array of training. things Like Dropsets, superset, pre exaust, and my 666 program
